Adult Psychiatry Services has moved

Starting Monday, August 17, Kaiser Permanente’s Adult Psychiatry Services added new location to serve our members— South Valley Centre at 8247 East Stockton Boulevard, #4, Sacramento. In addition, Chemical Dependency Services (CDS) and Intensive Outpatient Services (IOP) also moved from the Dan B. Moore Building to 8247 East Stockton Boulevard, #4. Please see the map below for directions. On Friday, Sept. 4, our Child Psychiatry Services Department is moving across the street from our South Sacramento Medical Center to the second floor at Wyndham Medical Offices.
